LOLO'S BACK!

Lolo's back! After two weeks of hurrying and scurrying all over France to fill his container, he made it home in time for the opening of taste's seasonal pop-up store. We stopped by today to say hello
and chat with owner Marcy Cowan.

We also wanted to see how the very fabulous and talented Beth Lord of the indie-pendent
had magically transformed a once ugly, empty space into a very MERRY holiday shoppe
in less than a week's time!

We were overJOYed with the transformation!
She had beautifully mixed our antiques and culinary items in with her own artisanal gifts and taste's gourmet, kitchen and tabletop items. It was a delight for the senses!

WE'VE BEEN INVITED...AGAIN!

One Kings Lane is not the only "other" place you'll be able to find us! Marcy Cowan, owner of taste, a local culinary arts shoppe, will be featuring Lolo French Antiques et More in her seasonal pop-up store located on the second floor of Phipps Plaza, just above Tiffany's.

Marcy's love of fresh and flavorful ingredients, fine cooking, pragmatic, beautiful cookware, lovely tabletops and fine French antiques made it easy to say "yes" when she invited us to showcase antiques with her high-end gourmet, kitchen and tabletop items, many of them imported from France.

Our antique furniture, chandeliers, copper pots, oyster plates and other culinary items will be for sale alongside local Georgia products, hand-loomed Tunisian tablecloths, Italian earthenware bean pots,  unique cooking utensils, French-made aprons, gourmet gift baskets and cookbooks signed by local chefs/authors. Everything for the cook and the sous chef, the gourmand and the gourmet can be found.

And if you need something for the wine lover on your list, we'll have that this holiday season. Lolo spent the morning at a local flea market where he found this hand forged wine cage with 250 fitted slots for wine bottle storage and a pair of hinged doors with a locking clasp to secure priceless vintages. It will look fabulous utilized anywhere from a wine cellar to a gourmet kitchen. The aged patina only adds to its charm, making this unique item the perfect gift for the wine lover in your life.
